Warranty Statement for AddLink Products
Channel Warranty:
All AddLink products sold through authorized channels are covered by this Limited Warranty. Warranty service applies only to units imported and distributed by AddLink Technology, Corp. (“AddLink”) or its authorized dealers. Products obtained from unauthorized or “gray market” sources are excluded from this warranty.
Clause: Services for Grey Channel Products:
Al-Madina Enterprises does not provide inspection, repair, or replacement for products purchased through unauthorized channels. Technical support for grey-market products may be available on a fee-for-service basis, at AddLink’s discretion.
Support Types:
Inspection & Repair/Replacement
During the warranty period, if your AddLink product fails under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship, Al-Madina Enterprises will, at its sole discretion, inspect and either repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality.- Out-of-Warranty Service
Products found to be outside the warranty period or ineligible due to exclusions (see below) may still be serviced at prevailing service fees
Warranty Period Verification
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase, as shown on your sales receipt or invoice. You must present this proof of purchase to obtain warranty service. If unavailable, Al-Madina Enterprises may assist with verification via the original point of sale.

- Contact the reseller or agent where the product was originally purchased.
- Follow their instructions for replacement service or further information on the replacement procedure.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Regarding Warranty
- Is this warranty transferable?
No. The AddLink Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and may not be transferred. - May I replace my defective drive with a different model?
No, defective units will be repaired or replaced with the same model if under warranty. - Does the warranty period restart after a repair or replacement?
No, the warranty period continues from the original date of purchase. - Does the warranty cover software or firmware issues?
No. This warranty covers only the hardware defect in materials and workmanship. - If my data stored on AddLink products is lost, will AddLink recover it?
Data backup is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend regular backups of critical data. Al-Madina Enterprises (AddLink) is not responsible for data recovery or backup. - NOTE: Warranty claims for drives are valid only if the drives are in their original condition. Drives that are
physically damaged or mishandled will not be accepted for warranty.

Conditions Voiding AddLink HDD/SSD Warranty:
Drives found physically damaged or mishandled., exposure to moisture, fire burn.
Drives with removed or tampered stickers, serial numbers or warranty seals.

This warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice. Al-Madina Enterprises reserves the right to refuse service for products not compliant with the conditions outlined in this document.
*Service warranty requires a payment of 20% to 25% of the product’s original purchase cost for replacement.
*HDD/SSD Warranty will be void if drives are received in below conditions.
